Tech & AI 25 items to rank
AI Agents & Coding Tools tier list maker.
Build a personal ranking of coding agents, terminal tools and assistants for delegated work. The collection includes OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and other named tools. Compare them in the context of work you have actually tried, from making a small change to reviewing a larger task. The board records your judgment; it does not run tests or score tools for you.
Your opinion. Empty tiers. No account needed.

PICK YOUR CRITERIA
Give your ranking
a point of view.
These are optional starting points. Choose what matters to you and make the tiers reflect it.
Choose a familiar project and a clear task so your ranking has a useful frame of reference.
Consider the quality of the finished change and how much review or repair it needed.
Judge how well the tool fits the way you work, including its controls and feedback.
Separate firsthand experience from tools you have only read about; an untried tier can help.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before you rank.
What belongs in this coding tools tier list?
The starting collection contains the named agents, terminal tools and coding assistants listed below. It also retains an entry labeled Roo Code (Historical). The collection is a set of items to rank, not a statement that every tool is currently available.
Does the page test or benchmark coding agents?
No. You arrange the tools yourself based on your experience and criteria. The editor does not run code, connect to these tools or measure their performance.
Can I adapt the board to my own workflow?
Yes. Rename tiers, change their colors, add tiers or remove items you do not want to compare. You can also upload your own PNG, JPEG or WebP images.
How do I keep my coding tools ranking?
Download a PNG while you are in the editor; no account is needed. Your editable board is held temporarily in the current session and is lost when you leave or reload. The downloaded image cannot restore an editable board.
YOUR TURN
Where would you put them?
Start unranked. Finish with a tier list that is yours.
