Tech & AI 35 items to rank
Programming Languages tier list maker.
Rank the languages you write with, want to learn or simply enjoy discussing. This collection includes programming languages alongside HTML markup and CSS stylesheets, matching the catalog's broader focus on the tools you write. Set a context for your board: personal enjoyment, learning experience and suitability for a particular project can lead to very different tier lists.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before you rank.
Why are HTML and CSS in a programming languages collection?
The catalog includes HTML as markup and CSS as stylesheets alongside programming languages. Their inclusion makes it possible to rank the tools you write with on one board; it does not classify them as programming languages. You can remove either item in the editor.
Is this a ranking of the best programming languages?
It is a template for your own ranking. Every item begins unranked. Define a context in your board title or tier labels so readers can understand what your choices mean.
Can I rank the languages without dragging?
Yes. Select an item and choose a tier. On a keyboard, you can also focus an item, hold Alt and use the arrow keys to move it. You can change tier labels and colors in the editor.
Can I download my programming languages tier list?
Yes. Download the board as a PNG without creating an account. Do this before leaving or reloading the editor, because the editable board is temporary. The PNG is an image of your result, not an editable save.
YOUR TURN
Where would you put them?
Start unranked. Finish with a tier list that is yours.
